Payment + Booking
Full payment is required at checkout to secure your booking. Your project is not confirmed until payment and your completed creative brief have been received.
Creative Direction
The Logo Drop includes one bespoke creative direction developed from the information and references supplied within this brief.
Refinements
Two refinement rounds are included. Refinements relate to the presented concept and are not additional logo concepts or complete changes in creative direction. Additional refinement work may be quoted separately.
Client-Supplied Information
All wording, business names, taglines and information supplied within this form must be checked for accuracy before submission. Changes requested due to incorrect client-supplied information may incur an additional fee.
Turnaround
The standard design turnaround is approximately 5–7 business days from the confirmed commencement date, provided all required information, assets and feedback are supplied on time.
Feedback
Feedback must be clear, consolidated and supplied directly by the client. AI-generated creative briefs or feedback will not be accepted.
Delays
Client delays in providing information, approvals or feedback may affect the project timeline and cannot guarantee the original delivery date.
Cancellations + Change of Mind
Payments are non-refundable for change of mind or client cancellation once the booking has been confirmed and creative time has been reserved, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Final approved logo artwork will be supplied upon completion of the project and payment of all applicable fees. Unused concepts, working files, preliminary designs and rejected directions remain the intellectual property of ALVÉA HAUS.
Third-Party Assets
Any third-party fonts, licences, imagery or other assets required outside the stated package inclusions may require separate licensing or purchase by the client.
